Stages of Design Part 1 : The Bubble

Like any other art form, our design starts with VISUALIZATION, it is the ability of the designer to see what the final output is before even doing the physical action of drawing. And usually a BUBBLE DIAGRAM is the product of that initial act of pushing the pencil into the paper.


Bubble diagram is important because it is the start of realizing an idea - an idea of relationships between spacial elements - into tangible media. It is also the graphical expression or form of the design thought process. And it is where the later phase of the design process is based on. So to start with this series, here are sample of a bubble we did and we will discuss the later phase of the design process next. Stay tuned.
